  • Samsung Galaxy F15 5G

Samsung launched the Galaxy F15 5G in India in March 2024 at Rs 15,999 for 4 GB/128 GB, sold through Flipkart. It is essentially a Galaxy A15 5G with a bigger 6000 mAh battery, following the pattern of Samsung's online-only M and F series, and it carried over the A15's promise of four Android upgrades.

Its 6.5-inch Super AMOLED panel at 90Hz gives deep blacks and punchy colours, a clear advantage over LCD phones like the Poco M6 Pro in the same bracket. The MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chip is efficient and handles social media, video streaming and casual games, but it is not built for heavy gaming sessions.

The rear cameras are a 50 MP main, 5 MP ultrawide and 2 MP macro, with a 13 MP selfie camera in a waterdrop notch. Daylight photos are decent, low light is average. The 6000 mAh battery easily lasts two days for many users, and 25W charging support is included, although the charger is sold separately. It is a sensible choice for long-term budget use.

  • Samsung Galaxy M35 5G

Samsung launched the Galaxy M35 5G in India in July 2024 at Rs 19,999 for 6 GB/128 GB, through Amazon and Samsung's store. It borrowed the Exynos 1380 from the Galaxy A35 and A54, which meant a clear performance step over the M34, along with a vapour chamber for better heat management during games.

The 6.6-inch Super AMOLED panel has a punch-hole cutout and a 120Hz refresh rate, protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+. The plastic build is functional and the phone is on the heavier side, partly due to the large battery. Exynos 1380 runs daily tasks smoothly, but the Redmi Note 13 Pro and CMF Phone 1 offered strong alternatives for less money.

Its camera system includes a 50 MP main sensor, 8 MP ultrawide and 2 MP macro, plus a 13 MP selfie camera; photos are dependable in daylight. The 6000 mAh battery lasts a very long time, and 25W charging remains slow for a cell this large. Samsung Wallet with tap-to-pay support and four years of OS upgrades added appeal for long-term users.

  • Samsung Galaxy M34 5G

The Galaxy M34 5G launched in India in July 2023 at Rs 18,999 for 6 GB/128 GB, sold online. It offered features that the pricier Galaxy A series charged more for, including a 120Hz Super AMOLED display and optical image stabilisation, with Samsung's typical M-series 6000 mAh battery. It was briefly one of Samsung's best-selling online models.

The 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with a waterdrop notch is bright and smooth, with Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The plastic body feels sturdy if plain. The Exynos 1280 chip handles everyday multitasking well and runs popular games at medium settings, though rivals like the iQOO Z7 and Redmi Note 12 Pro offered stronger chips at the same price.

The 50 MP main camera with OIS is the highlight, delivering steadier video and better night shots than most phones in its segment, backed by an 8 MP ultrawide and a 2 MP macro. Samsung's Monster Shot feature captures multiple images and videos at once. Battery life is excellent, comfortably two days for moderate users, and 25W charging is supported with a charger sold separately.

  • Samsung Galaxy M14 5G

Samsung launched the Galaxy M14 5G in India in April 2023 at Rs 13,490 for 4 GB/128 GB, sold primarily through Amazon and Samsung's own store. It shared much of its hardware with the Galaxy A14 5G but swapped the battery for a larger 6000 mAh cell, a classic M-series move aimed at online buyers who prioritise endurance.

The 6.6-inch PLS LCD has a 90Hz refresh rate and full HD+ resolution. It is fine indoors but less vibrant than the AMOLED screens found in the Redmi Note 12 at slightly higher prices. The Exynos 1330 chip, built on a 5 nm process, gives smooth basic performance and excellent efficiency, though it is not meant for demanding games.

On the back is a 50 MP main camera with 2 MP depth and 2 MP macro sensors, and a 13 MP selfie camera on the front. Battery life routinely extends to two days of light use, and 25W charging support helps, though the charger was not included in the box. A headphone jack and microSD slot add practical value for the target audience.

It targeted buyers in the 50,000 rupee range who wanted strong zoom and portrait photography, competing with the Vivo V40 Pro, OnePlus 13R and Samsung Galaxy S24 FE.

The 6.83-inch quad-curved AMOLED display at 120Hz is large and immersive. The Dimensity 8350 provides fast, efficient performance, though the OnePlus 13R's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is quicker in games. IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings mean the phone can handle submersion and high-pressure water jets. ColorOS 15 on Android 15 includes AI editing tools and smooth animations.

The 50 MP main camera with OIS, 50 MP 3.5x periscope telephoto and 8 MP ultrawide make a versatile camera system, and portraits are the standout. The 50 MP selfie camera is strong. The 5,800 mAh battery with 80W charging provides excellent endurance. Against the OnePlus 13R, it offered a better telephoto and stronger water resistance, while OnePlus was faster and cheaper.

It aimed at buyers who wanted a smaller, premium-feeling phone, competing with the Vivo V50, Samsung Galaxy A56 and Nothing Phone (3a).

The 6.59-inch AMOLED display at 120Hz is sharp and easy to use with one hand. The Dimensity 8350 marks a big performance jump over the Reno 12's Dimensity 7300, handling games and multitasking with ease. IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings give it strong protection against dust and water. ColorOS 15 on Android 15 brings smooth animations and a set of AI editing and writing features.

The 50 MP main camera with OIS and an 8 MP ultrawide handle most situations well, though there is no telephoto lens on the standard model. The 50 MP selfie camera is excellent. The 5,600 mAh battery offers strong endurance for a compact phone, with 80W wired charging. Against the Vivo V50, it was smaller and faster, while Vivo had a better ultrawide and a bigger battery.

It took aim at the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, Vivo X200 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max, with its standout feature being two periscope telephoto cameras for 3x and 6x optical zoom.

The 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display has a 120Hz refresh rate and is bright and vibrant. The Dimensity 9400 delivers top-tier performance with good efficiency. Hasselblad tuning provides natural colours. The 5,910 mAh battery supports 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. It used the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, a slightly trimmed flagship chip, and a very large 6,400 mAh battery. Its main rivals were the Poco X7 Pro, OnePlus Nord 4 and Realme P3 Ultra, all targeting the space just below 30,000 rupees.

The 6.78-inch AMOLED display has a 1.5K resolution and refreshes at up to 144Hz, giving sharp visuals and very smooth gameplay. Funtouch OS 15 on Android 15 came with a game mode and the usual Vivo-family extras.

The 50 MP Sony IMX882 main camera with OIS takes dependable photos, and an 8 MP ultrawide is functional but basic. The 32 MP front camera is a step up from earlier Neo models. The 6,400 mAh battery easily lasts more than a day, and 80W charging is quick. Against the Poco X7 Pro, it offered similar speed with a larger battery and a higher refresh rate.

It also addressed past criticisms by adding IP68 and IP69 protection and a larger battery. Rivals included the OnePlus 13, Realme GT 7 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S24.

The 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display offers 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, with excellent brightness. Zoom is weaker than the iQOO 12's periscope, though portrait shots are pleasant. The 6,000 mAh battery with 120W charging provides outstanding endurance and quick top-ups. The T3 Ultra launched in India in September 2024 as the most powerful phone in Vivo's online-focused T-series. It borrowed the Dimensity 9200+ chip from the V40 Pro and wrapped it in a slim curved design, competing against the Poco F6, OnePlus Nord 4 and Motorola Edge 50 Pro for buyers seeking performance without a flagship price.

The 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display has a 1260 x 2800 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, giving excellent clarity and colour. Dimensity 9200+ handles demanding games and multitasking with ease, putting the T3 Ultra among the fastest phones in its segment.
